NovaPay EU Introduces Payment Templates, Recurring Transactions, and Live Chat Support
12.11.2025

The European NovaPay EU app, designed for Ukrainians abroad and European users, has received a series of updates. Customers can now create payment templates and set up recurring transactions, making regular payments much easier. Set it up once – and reuse it anytime without re-entering details.

The app has also introduced a live chat – a convenient and secure way to contact customer support. All messages are encrypted, ensuring that users’ data remains confidential. There’s no risk of accidentally entering a fake chat in a messenger app – communication takes place exclusively within the NovaPay EU app, where every message is protected. Additionally, push notifications help users stay informed about updates, messages from the NovaPay EU team, and transaction statuses.

“We are developing NovaPay EU as a convenient and intuitive financial tool. The app combines European security standards with an interface familiar to our clients who used NovaPay services in Ukraine. These updates are another step toward making financial services even simpler, faster, and more accessible – no matter where in the EU our customers are,” said Viktoria Lavrenchuk, Director of International Strategic Development at NovaPay EU UAB.

In September, NovaPay EU launched its mobile app, allowing users to open accounts in EUR and PLN, get virtual cards, make payments and transfers, and withdraw cash at ATMs in any EU country – including Ukraine.

Poland remains one of the key markets for NovaPay EU. The app operates in partnership with Quicko, a Polish payment institution licensed by KNF (Polish Financial Supervision Authority), which provides a full range of payment services in compliance with Polish regulations. The app is available for download in the App Store and Google Play.
