NovaPay EU would like to inform customers that on 21 January 2026 it became public that the licence of Quicko sp. z o.o., NovaPay’s partner in the European Union, was revoked by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF). Quicko has been providing regulated payment services to NovaPay EU users in the European Union under Polish law.

What is most important for our customers to know:

• Customer funds are safe. Based on the information available to us at this stage, all customer funds remain safeguarded in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Customers can withdraw their funds. Customers retain the ability to withdraw their available balances.
• Temporary suspension of onboarding for new customers. As a precautionary measure, the onboarding of new customers is suspended. Registration, opening new accounts and issuing new cards are currently unavailable.
•  Support is available. If any customer experiences difficulties in withdrawing funds, they should not hesitate to contact NovaPay EU customer support. We will provide all assistance available from our side. Customers may also contact Quicko directly through their official support channels.

NovaPay EU is in continuous contact with Quicko and will continue to closely monitor the situation and will provide further updates as soon as additional confirmed information becomes available.
